Simple Abs sequence

IT IS REALLY TRUE THAT YOGA IS ABOUT TURNING YOURSELF INTO A PRETZEL?

Instagram is full of pretty pictures of beautiful young ladies on beaches doing advanced yoga postures.

I guess for some people that’s inspiring.

But the pretzel thing is a yoga myth: you do not need to flexible to start doing yoga.

For me, what it’s about is the INNER JOURNEY.

? Feeling into where you are tied up in knots inside, or constrained by old patterns of behaviour, and breathing deeper to find more freedom.

? Developing more internal strength and structure so you can feel safer and better able to take care of yourself.

In order to share these practices with you, I’ve created the “All You Can Eat” virtual yoga subscription, to get us through these challenging Covid times…

I’ve taken all everything I’ve learnt in 20 years of practicing and 10 years of teaching yoga and running retreats, to craft a delicious healthy buffet of yoga that will feed you right now.
