Terms & Conditions

Your health and wellness

You are responsible for your own health during yoga classes, whether live or on demand.

If you have medical conditions or injuries:

  • Obtain clearance from your doctor or medical professional before starting yoga
  • Discuss this with your teacher before coming to class or doing our on-demand videos

Space at classes, workshops and retreats are available on a first-come, first-served basis – and should be booked online.

Bookings

Bookings must be accompanied by payment.

Bookings are non-refundable but are transferable if you find someone to take your place.

We recommend that all participants have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance. In particular you need insurance to cover you if you have to cancel your attendance due to a positive Covid-19 test, if you are told you must self-isolate, or if your local area is locked down.

If we cancel for any reason you will be given the option of a refund (minus any Stripe or PayPal fees) or transferring to one of our future classes or events.

If you buy or sign up for one of our digital products, you will have access until we cease to trade as a business and for the very least a year.

If you buy or sign up for one of our monthly or yearly memberships, you can cancel at any time without penalty. Upon cancellation you will lose access to any digital products or libraries that were part of the membership.

In the case of 1:1 appointments, if you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, a fee will be charged equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost.

In the case of live group classes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before the class without penalty. After this your non-attendance counts as a “no show”.

If you are a “no show” more than three times for any of our group classes, we reserve the right to cancel your place on our membership. We are strict about this for in-person classes where places are limited.

Age restrictions

Children of 12 and over are permitted to attend if and only if

  • They are accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • They want to come to yoga class

Personal belongings

We are not responsible for your yoga gear. Please check after each class and remember to take your yoga mats, cardigans, water bottles or other personal items with you.
