Pregnant people are welcome to come to my 11am-midday classes on Tuesday, currently delivered virtually by Zoom. Here’s where you book on.
These are small classes where you will be individually supported with yoga tools to help you during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
I am also able to schedule additional pregnancy yoga classes, if you are able to get at least 3 pregnant ladies together who can connect up at the same time.
