There are lots of benefits to taking up yoga. You’ll get stronger and more supple, and reduce your stress and anxiety. 

And it doesn’t need to be “hard and sweaty” yoga. Even a short 10 minute easy yoga session will bring benefits.

It’s a great way to get your joints and muscles moving first thing in the morning, and also a fantastic way to down regulate and destress before going to bed.
