Long ago before I started teaching yoga, getting to a class once or twice a week was the main way I used to MANAGE my BACK PAIN and emotional pain.

Not to mention the STRESS AND ANXIETY of working in an office and living in a city.

?‍♀️

So I know how important it is to be able to access a class on a REGULAR basis.

I’ve been teaching yoga classes for nearly a decade – and am so keen to get in-person classes started again after lockdown, after the JOY of seeing some of you at the OUTDOOR sessions this month.

I know that getting the yoga onto Zoom and YouTube has definitely made it EASIER for some of you to access classes…

So my co-teacher Adrian and I want to do BOTH online and in-person classes now.

….DRUMROLL… here’s the new, rearranged and updated schedule for classes… launching 7th September….

Monday nights at Llaingoch Hall, Holyhead with Adrian

• 6.30pm-7.30pm Open level – will also be LIVE-STREAMED

• 8pm-9pm Improvers & Intermediates – will also be LIVE-STREAMED

Tuesday daytime with Claire LIVE-STREAM only

• 11am-midday Gentle/Beginners/Pregnancy/Special Conditions

Tuesday nights at Aberffraw Village Hall with Adrian

• 7pm-8.15pm Open level – will also be LIVE-STREAMED

Wednesday nights with Claire LIVE-STREAM only

• 6pm-7.30pm Intermediates with Claire

Thursday nights at Tabor Chapel Hall, Valley with Claire

• 6pm-7pm Improvers & Intermediates – will also be LIVE-STREAMED

• 7.30pm-8.30pm Open level – will also be LIVE-STREAMED

That’s 5 in-person classes a week and 7 opportunities to join classes virtually.

We shortened some of the sessions because we have had to (a) limit spaces due to DISTANCING (b) do EXTRA CLEANING before and after.

?‍♀️

We want to give EVERYONE the opportunity to get to a class!!

Both Adrian and I are experts in CALMLY guiding you through yoga sessions that both strengthen and also help you let go of stress and anxiety.

We love working with BEGINNERS – as well as people with more yoga experience.

But if you’re more of a ‘once or twice a month’ yogi, then just stick with our pay per class option.

Class sizes are limited to 10-12 people and we need to do more CLEANING!

So sign ups AFTER 7th September will be GOING UP £25 (or £12.50) a month.
