How to turn the stress dial down??!
For most of us, modern life is stressful.
At best, mildly stressful.
At worst, chronically and severely stressful.
Climate change, wars, inflation, pandemics…
Not to mention the minute by minute alerts that pop up on our phones to remind us to worry about it all.
So, how to cope?
Actively chose and make time for practices that help to get your nervous system out of the stressed state.
And do that regularly.
Whether that’s taking a bath, walking in nature, or doing yoga.
In order to share some of my most useful yoga tools for taming stress, my yoga workshop this month is all about “The Art of Relaxation”.
This is a distillation of some of my favourite practices.
Join me on Saturday 19th March 10am-midday (UK time).
Either connect up via Zoom, or join me in person at the Menai Bridge War Memorial Community Centre (it’s on Water Street).
It costs £20 to join or £10 if you need to pay the concessionary rate – and it is included if you are an “All the Yogas” member.
This is not something to put off til next month: learning to better manage your stress will help support your health, wellbeing and relationships.
