“Yoga for Burnout” Video!

This is a 60 minutes calming class to help you boost your energy and prioritise self care amid the business of the summer.

You will need a yoga mat (or a blanket), and if you have them a cushion or blanket and yoga block (and if not you can improvise).

Make sure you are practicing in a suitable environment with space around you to move.

Not suitable for total beginners or pregnant people.
