It has been nearly three months in this latest lockdown: Eira has grown from a tiny kitten to an adventurous adolescent cat!
And it has been a year since these strange Covid times began.
So many changes have happened to each of us, to our families, to people we know. And there are likely more changes to come.
I feel the uncertainty and stress of it too.
BUT I’m also super proud of all you people who regularly rolled out your yoga mats, to connect to the sanity of breath and body.
I am astounded by how people have discovered and made the most of this “enforced retreat” time to really develop their yoga practice – and feel the corresponding benefits to body and mind.
I’m working on the “All the Yogas” schedule for the next few months so we can keep going with that!
And I very much hope we can start OUTDOOR YOGA soon but we need to wait for the detail of the latest rules…
So, in the meantime, we have seven virtual yoga classes running this week – plus I’ve just added another classes into the Virtual Yoga Vault (all about Prana or Life force).
See you on your mat soon.
P.S. The green vest I was wearing this week was actually a SWIMMING COSTUME designed by local artist Katherine Betteridge
Lockdown has birthed many wonders: she is now selling shoes, swimwear, phone case, bags and more featuring her designs and pictures.
