This is a 60 minute class with Claire Mace focussing on simple somatic movements and a restful restorative setup.
This class will help you let go of tension and help you recharge your battery if you are feeling depleted. Perfect if you are having an achy, tired day, or are experiencing period pain.
You will need a yoga mat (or a blanket), then as many cushions, blankets and blocks as you can borrow. Make sure you are practicing in a suitable environment with space around you to move.
