At my Yoga Teacher training last weekend, we had some great Anatomy lectures from Pip Waller, all about the mysteries of our Digestive, Urinary and Lymphatic systems…
So this week I was inspired to teach a class that was all about bringing some love to the internal organs through simple breath and movement.
Do this class if you are feeling lacklustre and low on energy, whether because you are tired, recovering from illness, or hungover!
Make length and space in your torso for your Liver, Kidneys, Stomach, Spleen and Pancreas to decompress and move subtly as you breathe, improving energy and circulation to this vital part of your being.
