You see, practicing yoga does not require you to have an existing level of flexibility or fitness.
It’s more about working where you are at, and learning to move in a way that feels kind to yourself
Yes, you will gain flexibility and strength.
Yes, you will learn tools to help you manage stress and anxiety.
But you don’t need to have figured it all out already.
Beginners are welcome to most of our indoor yoga classes (apart from the Thursday 6pm intermediate session).
We start from the 6th September… in just 2 days time!

And if you don’t live near Valley, Aberffraw or Holyhead… know you can join these classes above from where you are via Zoom live-streams…. plus access three additional virtual-only classes with Lowri, Lucy and Adrian.
