This is a 60 minute class with Claire Mace to help you feel calm and restful.
Featuring simple slow movements to help you slow down, calm down and chill out.
You will need a yoga mat. You might also find a cushion and blanket helpful if you like to cosy up at the end of yoga class.
Make sure you are practicing in a suitable environment with space around you to move.
Listen to your body’s needs: do this session in a way that feels good to you and give yourself permission to modify or skip anything that’s not appropriate for you today.
