HOW (AND WHERE) I FOUND THE MAGIC COMPASS

In the vast and tedious wasteland of my youth, I was always uncertain.

🧭

There never seemed to be a right choice.

🧭

Apart from reading novels. Reading novels kept me sane.

🧭

So I never felt very sure of where I was, let alone where I should go next, lost in perpetually unfamiliar terrain.

🧭

But… sometime in the extended spiritual crisis that was my fourth decade, I found the magic compass.

🧭

I didn’t need to go on endless quests through forests or along rivers to find a mysterious treasure, hidden in a cave or buried underground…

🧭

For the answers weren’t going to come from outside.

🧭

This magic compass, pointing in the direction I needed to go, was inside of me all along.

🧭

I just had to learn to feel it, to feel the wisdom of my own body.

🧭

One tool that now helps me navigate through life is intention setting.

🧭

Working with intention, whether in yoga or throughout the day, is all about creating direction.

🧭

So, I’ve created an INTENTION SETTING SERIES that will happen online 1st – 3rd January, to help you get focused for 2021 in a good way.

🧭

Helping you to feel your inner compass and take steps forward, whether that’s towards being happier, calmer, more fulfilled, or wherever you just really need to be.🧭 Three 45 minute yoga videos you can do any time of day🧭 Daily email reminders to get on your mat🧭 You get to keep access to the series for a year so you can repeat it whenever you need to find focus

🧭

Simple but so powerful!

🧭

I’ve been working with intention setting practices for over a decade and I have distilled all I know into this three-day process.

🧭

You only have TWO DAYS LEFT to get your name on the list. It costs £9.99 and you sign up here:https://vault.inspiratrix.co.uk/prod…/courses/view/1060253
