Flowy Warmup Yoga

It’s Sunday morning!!

Time for a new video for you to help you feel more awake and mobile in the morning…

This is a 30 minute class with Claire Mace with lots of flowy, playful movement (but no sun salutations).

Also features Little Cat (the tortoiseshell one) and Eira (the white floofy one).

You will need a yoga mat plus a wide yoga block (or a cushion) and perhaps a blanket.

Make sure you are practicing in a suitable environment with space around you to move.

Listen to your body’s needs: do this session in a way that feels good to you and give yourself permission to modify or skip anything that’s not appropriate for you today.
