“Energising Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop”

Through the Winter, I forget the summer will ever return.

I think I’ll be wearing double layered leggings for ever, that laundry will always take several days to dry, that the evenings will always be dark.

So the return of the brighter and lighter times of year is always a welcome surprise!

I’ve decided that my upcoming “Energising Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop” workshop is going to be an outdoor session (or in an open sided barn if it’s rainy).

The workshop will be all about exploring the tension of opposites within your body; play with the difference between being open and closed, wide and narrow, expanded and contracted, fast and slow.

We’ll be at the lovely Henbant Permaculture farm, a delightful site with meadows, pasture, woodland, lakes, fairies and stunning views of the sea and the mountains.

Henbant produce super-healthy regenerative produce: veg, fruit, beef and eggs, available from their farm shop.
