Through the Winter, I forget the summer will ever return.
I think I’ll be wearing double layered leggings for ever, that laundry will always take several days to dry, that the evenings will always be dark.
So the return of the brighter and lighter times of year is always a welcome surprise!
I’ve decided that my upcoming “Energising Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop” workshop is going to be an outdoor session (or in an open sided barn if it’s rainy).
The workshop will be all about exploring the tension of opposites within your body; play with the difference between being open and closed, wide and narrow, expanded and contracted, fast and slow.
We’ll be at the lovely Henbant Permaculture farm, a delightful site with meadows, pasture, woodland, lakes, fairies and stunning views of the sea and the mountains.
Henbant produce super-healthy regenerative produce: veg, fruit, beef and eggs, available from their farm shop.
This yoga workshop is happening Saturday 17th June 10am-midday. Bring some picnic food to share after the session!
Expect a range of yoga practices to energise your whole body through movement and stillness.
This workshop is suitable for beginners, improvers, and anyone who fancies some yoga in the fresh air!
You can join my “Energising Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop” at Henbant Farm near Clynnog Fawr LL54 5DF – or online via the magic of Zoom from whatever indoor or outdoor space you’d like to practice in.
Can’t make it live on Saturday 17th June at 10am? Register and we will email you the recording within 24 hours of the workshop.
Book in for £20 (£10 concessionary rate if you are struggling financially with the code CONC ). No extra charge if you are an Inspiratrix Yoga member. Reserve your spot here
