HOW TO FEEL STRONG WHEN YOU CAN’T GET TO THE GYM ANYMORE
So maybe you have a set of kettlebells at home. Or you live right next to a mountain you can run up and down every day. Or you’ve been busy digging stuff and moving tonnes of earth in the garden.
One of the risks of being confined and limited in our movements is that we lose strength and mobility. Do you feel like more or less of a couch potato?

Connect to your breath and body with this Sun Salutation sequence, filmed on the Cilan headland on the Llyn Peninsula. Do this 4-12 times every morning to start your day feeling great!!
You will need: your yoga mat and a blanket.
Listen to your body’s needs: do this practice in a way that feels good to you and give yourself permission to modify anything that’s not appropriate for you. Suitable for beginners/improvers/intermediates. Not suitable for Pregnant people.
