Treatments are tailored to your requirements, focusing either on injury remediation, or supporting your general wellbeing and relaxation.
I work with a variety of massage techniques (Deep tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Chi nei tsang, and Myofascial release).
My usual times for appointments are Mondays and Wednesdays in the afternoons and evenings.
Valid for treatments here in Bethesda only, not home visits.
