February has been a month of epic highs and challenging lows.
So what better way to spend an afternoon than cuddling ponies with Liz at and Lyra (pictured) in a magical spot near Bryn Cader Faner.
Time with Liz and the horses is a grounding and expansive experience.
Feeling grateful to all the people who have been supporting me this month.

Tuesday 6.30pm – free yoga class with my teacher trainees on Zoom you can register here to get your Free Taster Classes).
Wednesday 7.30pm – monthly story circle in the Auckland Arms, Porthaethwy/Menai Bridge (all welcome just turn up)
Thursday all the regular yoga classes – 10am on Zoom, 6pm and 7.30pm in Valley and on Zoom you can book here
