Another week. More lockdowns. More plans ripped up. More stress. More worry. And yet more fear. ?
Equinox arrives. Croeso’r cyhydnos. Autumn’s here. Leaves fall. The temperature drops. Evenings draw in. ?
And it’s so tempting to head into hibernation… or to travel off in thought to the moon. ?
But yet… we have to keep living our very human lives, amid the local and global changes. ?
Keep going. Keep breathing deeply and gently. Keep working out where you are at today, in this moment. ?
Where is your mind right now? Where is your body right now? ?
The yoga class I put onto YouTube this morning is all about tracking and feeling where you are in space, on your yoga mat, in your room. A fancy name for that is ‘proprioception’. It’s useful, in many ways. ?
