I’ve set up a few trial sessions for the autumn: Saturday afternoons 2-4pm on October 9th, November 13th, December 11th
Cost per session £35, max 6 people so we can get through everyone’s questions.
Join via Zoom, or join me in my lounge wherever I am (somewhere in North Wales…. but I don’t know where because I’m moving).
I’ve also set up some Yoga Teacher practice sessions, so we can co-create some yoga practice together: those are 11am-1pm on October 9th, November 13th, December 11th via Zoom (these are free to join).
