Sending Love to Your Internal Organs

Join Claire for an hour’s class recorded on the side of Glastonbury Tor next to some apple trees.

This class  is just over an hour long, and explores sending love to your internal organs so that you can feel more energised, alive and relaxed.

Expect a mixture of Yoga, Somatic practices and Chi Gong You’ll need your yoga mat – and maybe a block or cushion to sit on.
