Once upon a time, my body confused me.

Moving through the world was challenging.

“Exercise classes” were just painful.

So I ended up with yoga as my main movement practice.

Because it wasn’t stressful, painful or punitive.

Because I could slow down, move and strengthen in a gentle and steady way.

And how I have ended up teaching yoga for these last 10 years!

Today my new classes in Bangor start.
