We take your health and community wellbeing very seriously.
We are doing extra cleaning, sanitising and ventilation to make all teaching spaces as safe as possible.
Here is what you need to do –
For in-person group classes
- Please do not attend if you have any COVID-19, cold or flu symptoms: cough, sore throat, sneezing, headache, high temperature, loss of smell or taste.
- Please do not attend if you have had a recent positive COVID-19 test, or have been told to self-isolate for any reason.
- Please use hand sanitiser on arrival.
- Respect 1m distancing and venue capacity limits.
- Bring your own yoga mat and yoga props.
- Face masks are required when you are arriving to or departing from the class, unless you are exempt for physical or mental health reasons. You can remove your mask on your mat.
- Advanced booking and payment only. Do the COVID-19 declaration form when registering for your class.
If you can’t come, please cancel or reschedule your place online, or by emailing us.
If you can’t attend in person for whatever reason you are always very welcome to come to any of our online sessions.
