And if we sit all the time, the consequence is that our legs and butt get weak.

The solution is MOVEMENT.

Improving balance through by developing better proprioception.

This Autumn, he’s been sharing his wisdom and all the helpful tools he’s learnt at some one-off yoga workshops, which are suitable for beginners, improvers, and anyone curious about anatomy.
