Remember, how not so long ago, the mats for popular yoga classes would be crowded together?
Unlike virtual yoga classes, you had to show up to an actual building and roll out your actual mat (or borrow one that had been used by hundreds of other people!).
Then you’d breathe and move (or even sweat) through the class in a room crammed full of people.
Some of them were your friends, and some of them you didn’t even know their names. But you breathed the SAME AIR.
Cripes. How things have changed.
And it’s clear those days won’t return, at least in the short term.
BUT I am optimistic that this year we will be able to do local outdoor yoga classes.
From April through to August we will be offering 9 virtual classes a week plus 2 outdoor sessions (as soon it’s legal, and when its not raining).
Here’s where we’ll be offering the outdoor classes when we can start them:
• Tuesday: 5.30pm-6.30pm at Tacla Taid
• Saturday: 10am-11am at Holyhead Country Park
HOWEVER, we are not optimistic about restarting indoor yoga classes, and have decided not to run indoor classes until September at the earliest.
We can create a safer experience though virtual classes and outdoor classes.
All the classes up to the end of August are now available to book in the system – let me know if you want me to bulk-book you into any particular classes – or you can do it yourself as a recurring booking: https://inspiratrix.as.me
Here’s the times that are available
• Monday 6.15-6.30pm + 7.30-8.30pm
• Tuesday 11am-noon + 5.30-6.30pm
• Wednesday 6-7.30pm
• Thursday 10-11am + 6-7pm + 7.30-8.30pm
• Saturday 10-11am unless there’s a longer workshop running on Saturday morning (currently under Pop Ups in the booking system)
Adrian was testing some of the Outdoor Yoga tech this morning in the garden… if you do Facebook here’s a one hour yoga class focussed on grounding for you: https://fb.watch/4lDFzVq4Uu/
