These workshops are not suitable for total newbies to yoga.

CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE AND EXPLORE INVERSIONS with Adrian
Build strength around your shoulders in an open way and learn simple approaches to build up to going upside up down.
Monday 6th December 10am-1pm
Join us on Zoom or in the room in Tabor chapel hall, Valley, Anglesey.
All these are included if you are an “All the Yogas” member.
Non members are totally welcome to join too, it’s £20 a workshop (or £10 if you need to pay the concessionary rate).
