Hands on Assists for Yoga Teachers three day training with Craig Nadashakti Norris

This programme is for both new and experienced yoga teachers who want to gain confidence with hands on adjustments in yoga. Experienced yoga practitioners who also want to deepen their practice are also welcome.

This three day programme is designed to increase your capacity and confidence to help others through the healing art of touch. 

Learn how to give powerful and effective yoga adjustments, develop your ability to feel and read energy, and increase your understanding of alignment and anatomy.

You will gain confidence in being able to give safe and compassionate assists as well as receiving assists that will help you to deepen your own practice. 

There will also be time to ask questions and receive feedback on your assists.

About Craig

Craig has dedicated his life to studying yoga and has trained many teachers and assistants, teaching all aspects of yoga practice, philosophy and anatomy. He teaches in order that people can experience the healing effects of yoga, create change in themselves and live with empowerment and confidence.

His joyous and playful nature helps you deepen your practice by approaching yoga with humour and open-mindedness. His classes challenge, uplift and heal by enabling you to explore the playing field of your body and mind.

Craig has studied numerous styles of meditation, yoga, chanting and other spiritual practices, and he has trained in Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Satyananda, and Forrest yoga.
