The core is the part everyone wants to forget about.
Until you feel like your lower back hurts, or your hips hurt, or even your elbow hurts…
Because the underlying cause may be instabilities in your core…
Or compensation patterns that have come in because you have a weak core…
Or perhaps you’re standing in a particular way that makes your structure irregular.
So it’s awesome to focus on the core as it’s such an ignored area.
It’s not just about your “abs”… and it’s way more than just doing sit ups!!

This is why Adrian’s monthly workshop on the 18th September is all about strengthening the core and lower back, so you can support your spine and also have a healthy range of mobility and motion.
Adrian is passionate about sharing simple practices that can help regular people get out of pain and move more comfortably through their lives.
Throughout the Autumn, he’ll be sharing his wisdom at three different yoga workshops, that you can attend either in-person in Holyhead or remotely via Zoom.
