Everything we do – walking, running, picking something up, pushing something, shaking a duvet cover – generates forces throughout the body.
And a proportion of these forces are pushed through the spine, hips, legs, and feet into the ground below.
But if your connection to the earth isn’t a solid one, these forces can concentrate in places where we don’t want them to.
Places like the lower back… the knees… the hips.
Adrian’s “Connect to Your Roots” workshop is all about exploring these issues.
It’s happening Saturday 21st May 10am-noon.

He loves sharing his wisdom through his signature combination of yoga and movement and quick-fire anatomy lectures.
Expect to learn helpful tools that are suitable for beginners, improvers, and anyone curious about anatomy.
